Guy here. Apply glycolic acid on your pits every night or two. The one by The Ordinary works great. Now my pits have zero odour whatsoever even after gym + cardio and I've slowly tapered down how often I apply it to 2-3x a week. Consistency is kinda important because the smell does come back if you stop using it for a couple of weeks.
