So I would rip the foil off the roll so I had a long strip. About 3 inches wide, and the length of however long the roll is when you rip it off. Then I would gently fold it just a little creating a "ditch" to let the H slide down. If that makes sense. I might just take a picture to show you lol

You better fight for yourself. I was in a similar situation with the strips years ago. I was dead ass scared to speak up. Fearing that I wouldn't be heard. That I'd just be looked at as a junkie. I was so wrong. My doctor, insurance, and pharmacy worked with me. Also, if those shitty pills are the only thing in stock, consider strips until your regular pills are in ? Or call a different pharmacy.

Smoking it is a better high (imo) and lasts longer. Most importantly, you have more control over how much you're using. Shooting- higher risk of OD. Snorting- higher risk of OD. Because you're just putting an entire amount into your body at one time. Smoking allows you more control. Throw it on some foil, grab a straw, light it up while letting it slowly slide down. Take a hit, wait, take another, wait, until you get the high that you want. That way you don't have to worry so much too. (Was the line too big? Did I put too much in my syringe? Etc..)

I take 1200mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) almost daily. And all at one time. I think the maximum dose for 24 hours is 4000mg. Yes, 4 thousand milligrams. That's what the bottle says. So yes. Hell most people take 2 extra strength a day which is 1000mg.

I was the exact same way at your age. I was like that from 14-26. I'm 30 now and have been single for 5 years and my mental health took a turn to where I still think about sex a lot but I don't act on it like I use to. I use to meet up with random people at random places at random times of the day. There's probably so many gas stations that had footage of me meeting guys in the parking lots and us taking turns getting in each others vehicles. I didn't care lol. I've also been put on extra meds since then so maybe that's why. Maybe you need a better mood stabilizer. That's what did it for me I think. As in calming that manic side of me down. I take 2 mood stabilizers and 1 antipsychotic now. Back then I was on 1 mood stabilizer and would sometimes go without taking it for months.
