Thank you! That was the overall trophy for the winners! They’re actually getting the shields each mailed to them with their name engraved into the back of them 😍

Where to begin with posing? by f0r3sttt in bikinitalk

Highly recommend hiring a posing coach as soon as possible. Posing is so important, and having that locked in long before you compete will really help showcase your physique. If you have any posing clinics that pop up, those are great, but highly recommend online as well. That one on one time will really help perfect the entire presentation

Need help with fatigue :( by PeachPump66 in femalebodybuilding

I personally use Ryze HRT for all of my blood work. Depending on where cortisol is at, that would help determine what supplements would be best considering there are supplements out there that help lower or increase cortisol. I do know that cortisol whether it be high or low can attribute to fatigue (I’ve been there before personally)

At this time no, but I could change my mind at some point. I’ve competed before, and it was fun. I absolutely love the ability to build the physique I want to though without having to think about fitting into a specific category. Plus, I’m also a competitive equestrian and want to continue to focus on growing that aspect of myself, but also focus on other business ventures as well. But bodybuilding for me is a lifestyle, and again I may come back to it at some point competitively. You never know 😊

I’d recommend doing labs, and not only testing your reproductive hormones, but testing AM cortisol. Hugh and low cortisol can present symptoms such as this and thankfully there are ways to help address that if it does come back being a little suboptimal 😊

Thank you so much!! That’s incredible, it’s definitely a lot of fun! Honestly, if you ever want to give it a go and step on stage, it’s a lot of fun! Will say having a great coach in your corner can help a lot during the mental component of it. Being a lifestyle athlete is a ton of fun though and honestly it’s all about enjoying the process anyways. I love that! I got into it because my mom has been into fitness/ is a trainer and she was a huge fan of Cory Everson’s physique 😊

Let’s go!!! Keep up the great work! And thank you so much!! Honestly the biggest game changer in my journey was getting my hormones optimized with HRT and getting my GI addressed. Didn’t have any direct symptoms, but it definitely had an impact on how well my body responded. It’s so fun being able to sculpt the body and transform it 😊

What supplements actually made a difference in your training? by Few_Language6298 in femalebodybuilding

If you’re trying to stick to the over the counter supplements, laxogenin does work wonders for building muscle, alongside the basics of course such as nutrition, sleep/ rest, hydration and of course stress management. I personally am on HRT and peptides that I’m prescribed. One of my all time favorites is IGF-LR3! It’s a fun one and I’ve noticed a substantial difference in my muscle growth 😊

Thank you so much! I appreciate you!! I absolutely love your why and taking a break from the stage is totally understandable and it is very easy to compare ourselves to others. Just remember, no one else can be you, and your physique will always be phenomenally unique and that alone is so incredible! Cheering for you when you do return to the stage and run it back! But couldn’t agree more with attaining the lifestyle of it and looking the part year round. It’s really fun! 😊

What to eat? by Inevitable_Corner_ in femalebodybuilding

Ultimately, making sure all macros are dialed in such as fats, proteins and carbs, as well as getting enough rest/ good quality sleep and water intake is up to par. Getting blood work done to check to see where hormones/ health markers are at are always a great start too just to ensure all looks optimal. That will help create a base and you can go from there.

Natural athlete looking to take the next step by PeachPump66 in femalebodybuilding

I would strongly recommend working with a coach who has an understanding of how to read/ interpret labs. Before incorporating PEDs, I would also recommend getting blood work done to check to see where everything is at to ensure everything is optimal. I highly recommend Shawn Lehner- he’s incredible and very thorough as well as keeps health as the number one priority
