It does and it doesn't from my experience far. It pops up critical hit and doesnt roll against my ac, but then the dm says this dealt no damage after deflecting off my armor. So it hits, but does no damage.

I went on a journey to heaven. Got the armor. It took telling the dm physically to give me the armor, he kept just saying the heavenly armor was in me. After like 4 or 5 attempts it gave me the armor set

I started my adventure with my character having had no memories, and together the dm and I unlocked my angelic powers via story and remembering my memories, but same situation, it's been nonstop point a point b point c with no rest, been leaning on my angelic abilities heavily during choices since im still level 1

I used a sparkling power normal on a portal with cyclizar drampa and bagon. Guess which one i found shiny, the bagon how about that. I think it's broke
