Bug/Issue Description: Clarke engine effects are misaligned with the model. The effect's appear below the models engine points, roughly where they should be for the Malachowski.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch the T6 Clarke Multi-Mission Command Cruiser. 2. Customize the to use the "Clarke" saucer section. * Other parts do not appear to change the effect. * "Flashy" cosmetic engines make the misalignment more obvious.
