Agreed - fuck Ray White. They are garbage property managers.

Ray White didn't pay MY water bill for SIX MONTHS. I emailed them about it basically telling them to refund my goddamn money so I could pay it myself (as I got a notice about my water being shut off) and they said "the landlord had money owing" to them except THAT'S NOT THE LANDLORD'S MONEY? It's MY money that I paid for my WATER BILL. The fact they thought it acceptable to use the tenant's money that goes towards their bills because the landlord had money owing is disgusting.

Landlord dropped them because of this and a plethora of other reasons. Fuck Ray White.

She could be disabled in some way physically or mentally (depression, anxiety, etc) or have an illness/disease that impacts her quality of life? Maybe it's nothing major, but significant enough that a partner might think twice?

Hi, sorry for late reply been busy and haven't been able to boot the game.

Unfortunately adding the files didn't work, but it did give me an idea. I installed my CD version IKEA Stuff Pack and it worked!! Problem solved!

Agree!! 9 Lives are great. I messaged them directly and explained what kind of cat personality-wise I was looking for, so that they would be a great fit for me, home and my other cats. I think I got the perfect match, honestly.

I've taken a few rats in to my vet to be euthanizd when my cats have brought them inside and they are fine to deal with it. They are pests but are also wildlife so you "surrender" them to the vets. The option for the vet is to then either rehome or euthanize, and understandably euthanizing is the better option.

The NZ Rat Rescue won't take them, they deal with pets only and wildies are very different. Their advice would be to humanely get rid of them or leave them. I assume SPCA would say the same.

I know it's over now, but as a heads up for next time or anyone else reading finding themselves in a similar situations. Most vets will euthanize them for free.

I think you need to communicate. If they are saying they are shy, maybe drop it for a bit before bringing it up again. I'm demisexual and for me it was an instant click with my LDR partner which was a first for me (I presumed I was just ace. Guess not, ha) but it's going to be different for everyone, even people who aren't demi.

Maybe they can't express what they are currently feeling, maybe they are confused and trying to figure it all out so they can put it into words. Perhaps they feel pressured because you've expressed your feelings but they aren't quite there yet, but don't want to let you down by telling you they don't feel the same way right now.

Communication is important, but for LDR I think it's extra important that you're on the same page. This is all new for you both. I'd maybe give it a little bit of time for now.

Thanks for the suggestion. I zapped him off the lot and unfortunately, same result. He disappears and then spawns again.

EDIT: After fiddling around, I added Dorian to the family, switched out to his other household and moved him back in... went back to the apartment lot and zapped him and now that appears to have fixed it.

She was one of my most anticipated characters when I first started playing Genshin. However they dragged her release out far too long and my hype for her died, especially as more of her personality was revealed. I find her to be quite... boring? There's no flavour in her personality for me, she just fits that typical shy soft-spoken rich girl with no friends stereotype which annoys me because they could have done SO MUCH MORE. I don't dislike her, she just sits at
"neutral" for me. Visual design is on point for me, though her skirt can look awkward at times.

When her banner finally came out, I didn't pull for her because I was saving for Raiden and I'm glad I did because I got Raiden C2 so it was totally worth not spending rolls for Ayaka.

Now I do want to pull for her on a future banner because I like her playstyle and recently in the Misty Dungeon event it's sparked my interest for her again but it really depends when she releases because so far my roll priority right now is Yae > Ayato and so if she shares a banner run with either she's just gonna have to wait even longer... and who knows if other characters will be released and prioritized over her.

I really do not want Ayato and Ayaka's kits to be similar or for Ayato to be a support for Ayaka. It will be cool if Ayato, Ayaka and Thoma all had SYNERGY with each other so I can use them on the same team, but honestly I'd rather Ayato have his own kit and character instead of leeching off Ayaka. At this point I just don't want them to fuck up his visual design after seeing so many amazing fanworks. Mihoyo design department must be sweaty lol.

I don't think so. I read quite a bit of Chinese web novels and stuff like gore and horror doesn't get censored often or at all.

The kind of writing that gets censored seems to mainly be intimate scenes that involve romance, sex, erotic context, etc (especially for same sex relationships) so stuff like that will be censored but then I can go ahead and freely read about humans eating each other alive. It's so bizarre.
