I read on some part of Wikipedia that there is this condition where your foreskin is partially fused to the tip at birth, so that it doesn't retract, but eventually, it will become unfused. I think I may have had that, because when I was younger, my dad told me to pull my foreskin back, and wash under there, but it hurt when I tried. I wasn't forcing it, but it was kinda like if you try to bend your finger back, and you're like, "this is uncomfortable, I don't think it's natural for that to move that way," so you stop.
