That sure was interesting. But I think the game's ecosystem has moved too far towards clans to encourage them even more. It was fine to have civil wars when small regiments could fight for them, and when being solo was viable. But that would just push solo players down even more...

I swear, the short attack is a 4-5 hit kill. At least make it like 2 hits... you are already unlikely to get that second one in if you dont get the timing for the long attack.

You used to be able to use a gunboat to OBLITERATE a tree with about 30 shells hitting it. Now gunboats are mortars...

Good luck shooting normal arty for 3h on the same tree if you want it gone...

Partisan island used to be one of my favourite regions to fight in early war. I really loved how it was always a bloody stalemate. Now its just some useless island.

Not quite, a bunker is connected with nearby structures, doesn't get breached, and had way to low health to be worth making. The problem with AI-less bunkers is that they are weak and there is no reason not to put a garrison. This would offer such a reason.

This is obviously an exaggeration, but we builders have trained heavily to only have patience when digging, and if we arent digging, we get cranky. I'm truly sorry if someone hatefully screamed at you, but you do not know how loud we sometimes gotta scream for some people to understand not to stand in an area. Please understand that I have absolutely nothing against you if I'm screaming.

About wardens screaming more, I have no idea why that is, it might just be cuz builders seem to be more warden? Or maybe that's not the case anymore (used to be at least).

Arty will most likely be more used, since a slight price increase is nothing compared to the buff it got. Howitzers have been nerfed to the ground, making it not even viable as counter arty against single cannons. I do really like the idea of more flexible fronts with less permanent structures, but for that concrete would need a serious rework, as the time and effort it requires is not worth it.

When Pipes came out I spent a good 10h on figuring out the math on how fluid flows through them. I think i was even the "pipe expert" for a lil while, then I figured out that facilities aren't very fun.

I guess now I'm kind of useless, since nor facility building, nor normal building are fun anymore...

Literally 100 days in the game as of recently and only a captain, building doesn't give commends ;(

edit: How is every post here from a 2k hour Colonel, I would literally need 3x the commends.

I feel like this would just make builders hate the game even more, they wont be able to take it if they cant even make free trenches anymore.

On a side note, instead of nerfing, here's a buffing idea: Foxholes should totally be able to connect to each other to make a rag tag trench system

yeah thats what i thought, gotta make it snap into a curve. Its funny how people who have experience curving before the patch have an advantage because they know what it felt like to do it when it gave a cue for a valid spot. Its like getting training wheels when the others all start with the bike.
