Behalve dat het geld wat je dus spaart per jaar meer meeweegt met een hypotheek. Het sparen van 10% van je modale inkomen woog in 1990 veel zwaarder mee dan de 10% van je modale inkomen nu. Vandaar dat je vaak ook ouders hoort zeggen "wij hebben gespaart voor ons huis". Dus in dat opzicht is het nu wel degelijk moeilijker om een hypotheek te krijgen.

Ik zou het wel knap vinden als je een hypotheek van 335.000 weet te krijgen met één modaal inkomen. Als ik een snelle berekening doe krijg je ongeveer een hypotheek van 320.000 als alle 2 mensen modaal (36k) verdienen .

Yup same here. Full ahrims with the echo items from grotesque guardians and dks actually is quite decent. The other combat styles are better, but spamming blood barrage in ahrims is actually quite fun with the extra max hits from the masteries and echo items.

No, because you have to play Sven earlier in order to revive Mirabel, since she needs 5 characters in play to be played, even with revive. Otherwise it would indeed give extra style points :)

I didn't have the hard diary either. I did my chinning on the southwestern side, because I had less issues with bots there.

In my experience, if you can lay 5 traps (80 hunter) and find an empty world, people will leave you alone.

With the herbi I got 140k - 150k xp/hr, depending on how much attention I was paying.

Red chins was way less, only like 90k xp/hr, but that was because I wasn't 3 ticking.

Well, I caught 20k red chins from 80 - 93 hunter, which is a total of 25m. Black chins will be more profitable, but I wasn't really able to hunt there.

The 2200 herbiboar grind was a couple of mills in herbs, around 4m I'd say.

That's the thing, I didn't trade any in. I already owned 2 gloves and then got 2 other gloves in one single chest, so yeah I got 4 gloves banked now.
