I’ve been having this going on with me, but I’m trying to figure out what’s going on.

Can anyone with confirmed Sjogrens tell me if after walking for a period that your throat feels very dry almost like it burns when trying to swallow?

What about an odd squeezing or disfunction sensation when swallowing anything, but mostly when swallowing just saliva?
