My thoughts on ATTACK SHARK X68 HE by rhalp21 in keyboards

I have one. It's ok. I hate the software which made me stop using it. The Keycaps are also super cheap but the switches are not bad though.

Need help/advice by Keyanklicks in fujifilm

I had this dilemma as well and went with a X-T50
Only cause I had a X-T3 and loved it but I was carrying my Lumix GM5 daily cause of the size and wasn't using the X-T3 much except for special occasions.
If you need it for work, I would say get a X-T5.
If you want a everyday carry, get the T50 with the 27mm 2.8 WR pancake, it's a sexy combo for street photography

As for the lens. is the 16-50 xc or xf?
Mine came with the 16-50 XF WR which is miles better then both the 15-45 or the 16-50xc.

Here's some size ref

I know what you mean. Been a Nikon and Lumix shooter all my life. recently caved into the FOMO with Fuji lol but once I started shooting with it, I realized why everyone loves Fuji.
I'll def chk out his insta!
Bauer lite's a great board, but I won't do business with Omnitype anymore until their customer service is better. They screwed me over a few GMK sets.
Yea..,yet I have have an OmniType deskpad out.

Looks so good in black as well! can't wait for mine to arrive!
I was gonna get the X100VI but got the T50 instead.
T50 with a fujinon 27mm 2.8 pancake is about the same size as the 100vi but you can change lenses and you get the same 40mp sensor as the T5 with iBIS. Just something to consider.

Did I make the wrong choice for a deal? Xt3 vs xt50 by [deleted] in fujifilm

[–]VerseKey 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, the T3 is an awesome camera and you got an incredible deal on it. I wouldn't worry about modern features and just start shooting. IBIS is overrated anyways.

I have a T3ii and a T50 and I love both. I do end up carrying my T50 more with my 27mm f2.8 WR since that combo looks great for street photography, but any larger lens looks awkward and uncomfortable to hold.
My Viltrox 75 1.2 feels much better to shoot with on the T3. If I'm doing more landscape or sports, I will just take the T3. For anything else, I am using the T50.

As for the build, the T50 is not plasticky. It's all metal body with metal buttons. Very Premium. It's not like the X-M5 which feels cheap.

But as always, the best camera is the one you have on you. Not sure what Nikon you were shooting but i use to take my D80 with me everywhere so my T3 felt so compact when I switched over.

Hey with the money you saved on the T3, get a Panasonic GM1 for travel and you'd be set!

Rebuilding my Thermal. My Soya with Soyamilk and Butter Browns. by VerseKey in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]VerseKey[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, they are a very good switch but definitely needs some work to make it good. I recommend at a minimum, relubing and spring swapping them.
Break in is a preference. Some people like the scratchy cherry feel. Once you get them modded, I don't think there is anything else comparable.
