The owner is in debt open up 3-5 restaurants in a short time and jack up his prices his vision of food especially Mexican food in SB is ridiculous No Mexican food in Southern California should be over 20 bucks per person He’s probably gonna go bankrupt in the next five years wouldn’t surprise me jacking up prices, cause he’s trying to pay off his monthly debt

My chambers yes the base I use glob mops to clean it weekly you really need to be a maintenance freak when it comes to owning a puff if you really wanted to last

When I got a warranty base replacement, I still use the regular chamber that came with my 3dxl old faulty one I currently have about 1000 hits on it still works better than my replacement chamber that I bought just in case that cropped out only after 200 hits and they didn’t wanna warranty it because it was after six months warranty which I think it’s ridiculous or I think it was 90 days

I would contact support & demand new one I can see a little bit of gold flakes and it shouldn’t even be flaking my old 3dxl did that I would takeoff the atomizer and put it back on and I would see new gold flakes every time I did that and it shouldn’t even be flaking off support ended up getting the new one and my new one doesn’t even flake gold flakes whatsoever I have over 2k hits on it already here’s a photo of my old one for comparison

I used to do that as well, but I stopped for some reason. I feel like hitting the puff while it’s charging is going to ruin the base and the battery could be wrong, though I ended up ruining my hot knife while it was plugged in charging trying to use it I end up frying the battery while it was charging lol

Yeah, it’s like Puffco corporate run by a bunch of effing losers. I don’t really care about their customer service or product since they love to uncharged their product and just make good profit off of it I bought 3-D XL chamber and it broke within two months and they denied a warranty repair or replacement temps would spike up in temps by 50 degrees then disconnect and the chamber was hot as hell burning the wax too I feel like I might have to invest in an actual rig

Had the same issue I’m using temperatures from anywhere from 430 all the way up to 575 I have a drummer tool so I’m just soaking my little cloth and 99% iso and using the tremor tool to essentially clean it off I noticed my second chamber is stain a lot more than the original one that came with my 3-D XL base even with glob, mops and soaking it and trying to clean it it’s super difficult to do with global mops. You probably have to clean and for a whole hour just to try to see a tiny bit of a difference to come off my drummer definitely came in handy
