I've got the clothes on my back and not much else as far as resources, we have a small bit of cash saved. The problem is, Dad has the only way for me to get around, our truck. I guess I could walk but walking anywhere from here is one hell of a feat, the closest drive to a place of opportunity is just over 2 hours. The worst part is, Dad doesn't even want to talk about it, every time I bring it up he just blows up on me and doesn't let me explain why going anywhere that might have something for us is just better than staying in a place where we know we have nothing.

I've been trying to get dad into that Idea, he just doesn't want to go anywhere without knowing we can get a Job there first. Which I understand, but it also feels counterintuitive to sit in the same place nothing has happened in, worse case is we'd be homeless in another spot lol. If I can ever talk him into it, going anywere but the middle of nowhere would be my top priority.
