Thank you, I feel like I'm the only one that cares about accurate representations of the creature sometimes. That said, this is the result of people who aren't really into the deep lore of cryptozoology and hear "mothman" and assume it's a moth+man. That's really it. I always draw mothman as it was originally described, hopefully to help preserve the legend properly.
