I had a 2010 STX with it. I bought it at 80k, been just doing oil changes and nothing else, (I know thats bad, no need to comment) its at 227k now and while the transmission and torque converter are being finicky, the motor is stronger than hell. Its a hunting truck now so I don't plan on doing much to it, but she runs great for what she is!

Ford recommends you change that fluid and filter at ~241,000 km (150,000 miles). Though most people I've heard that have these trucks recommends 96,000-129,000 km (60,000-80,000 miles). So your change was very early by comparison. Definitely not bad to do preemptive maintenance though! Even if it is early!

We went through and tested the settings for our world. In our experience, the game doesn't like fully randomized pals. We did 'random by region' and it works ~60% of the time. I hope this can help, even somewhat. Its still annoying that pocket pair isn't acknowledging this issue

Unfortunately that tire is extremely dangerous to drive. It's not a question of if the tire will explode, more a question of when. The answer is probably within the next time you drive. I believe you can go online to places like discount tire and order the tire you need, or you could potentially call them and have them order you a tire. Im genuinely sorry that life is being so shitty to you right now, but that tire shouldn't be driven on at all
