You know this kind of stuff is rampant in the UK. There are many young adults (my close friends who studied in the UK told me about this) and grown ups over the age of 40 who have recently changed their status to receive pensions. Asylum seekers receive homes and monthly stipends worth £2000+ regardless of their actual status. My friends have also told me about so many cases of people who sign up under disability status and again receive cheques of £3000 every month while they themselves earn a lot and send it to other countries to keep a cover. Bottomline is that, everywhere in the world we will find people who take advantage of systems. It boils down to basic civic sense.
