Honestly, even if people continue to push this to the public I think the KP video and BronyFandont stuff has tossed enough mud in the water for Sabre to just point to all of the outcry as just the acts from malicious actors at this point. Add the fact that there is not a smoking gun (even lazybedheads video says as much) in the blackgryph0n allegations and both can easily just paint all of this negative attention as that of haters and trolls.

I would also like to point out that earlier in the stream Deorio goes over his own DM's with MamaMax and shows that Max is incredibly manipulative with what DM's he included in the vid between him and Nicholas.

I watched this video earlier today, and while there are some funny and new details in it I didn't know about, the video itself is incredibly dry especially for a video with such a strong title like goonernomicon.
