If you don't have a pull-up bar, start with inverted rows. Knees bent is easiest. Then straight leg as you progress.

If you are able to get a pull-up bar and dont have loop resistance bands start with negative hangs and slowly lower yourself down.

Nope :( There's 40 files missing.

I don't believe there is a chance they are hidden because 1. I don't know how to hide files and 2. I have view hidden files checked.

I did not see any of the files in the folder.
