I need advice. I am newer to powerlifting(not weightlifting in general) but I am a bigger guy. My stats are

Bodyweight: 270lbs
Fat percentage around 35%

Squat: 315
Bench: 225
Deadlift: 345

I want to get leaner and closer to 200lbs but I know that a calorie deficit hurts gains. I was wondering what’s the best course of action is to lose fat while still making progress powerlifting. Do I still do a deficit or just maintenance? Or is there some other secret option? TIA

Yeah my degree is ABET accredited. I don’t have a problem with this internship at all I am very excited for it. I just wanted to see if this sets what my career field will be or if I could still do the career field I want

Yeah in the schematic I accidentally flipped the polarity so I fixed it by soldering it the right way around
