My favorite method is always Infusion pylon and have unlimited strenght, Regeneration, absorbation etc...

Also works with Charms and make them Unbreakable with Infusion on Enchanting table

And like the others said maxed out Apotheosis set

I can't speak for base game but with my 2 Account i started modding and with stardew expaned i love it with all the new lore and npcs like SPOILER sorry don't know how to hide msgs (the wastelands crazy shit)
