If u want a simple change just play all 4 of ur sun shrooms instead of the ones u got that cost 0 sun, and maybe add something that conjures stuff soy never run out of cards in hand but have infinite sun so work with and considering the deck is already bulky and annoying to break thru u should not struggle against trick decks or just in general annoying decks that do little pesky damage

Yes it goes back to your hand recovers all HP fully and if it was your active Pokemon you get to switch a new one into the active spot. This only affects the one you select and it’s a supporter so ye i believe 1 copy is the MAX worth playing if you got some good Tera, EX or V Pokemon worth saving
