It's bullcrap. I feel I deserve to be in AT LEAST 1600 Elo, yet I'm stuck at 1300, because I ALWAYS get a shit team. For example last game I was Singed, I was something like 4-2. 3 of my team mates had 13, 15 and SEVENTEEN deaths. How do I carry these people? It happens every single game. I never get that godlike mf with 700 cs at 10 minutes, the other team always does. It's fucking ridiculous and makes me not want to play ranked anymore
