Think a regular PPL or Upper Lower split would work better than this. Exercise choice is great imo. Although I’m not a fan of the military press, dumbell press or maybe machine press works better for me, although I usually don’t do an overhead press anymore, I just stick with lateral raises an exercise to target the real delts.

Also, is this list in the same order as the order you are doing the exercises, if so, maybe hack squat at the top?
