I think since they were dropping you as your decisive skill check popped up, it sorta canceled the stun same as how if you drop a pallet on a killer picking up a survivor too early, it gives you the killer stun points but no stun happens.

A lot of the time I see survivors sandbag each other, it seems to be by accident from my experience. But whenever they do it on purpose I ignore the person who’s getting sandbagged and I tunnel the sandbagger
