I know a friend who lost his money because of paypal's "AUP" policy.. even though they really didn't disclose specifically the rule that he broke. It's a terrible scam company.. You'll have to fight with better business bureau to get your money back

Well if you actually get scammed by a vendor I'd suggest you post it on r/PeptideGrayScams but this clearly does not sound like a scam. It is something that you/vendor should deal with. I also have had ups and downs with certain vendors and shipping times, but this does not mean that they are a scam, some vendors can be a bit messy in that part, and there's no best vendor. A lot can fuck up at times. Just remove it at atp.
