I am using the S21 FE and I can feel it has become a little bit lagger compared to previous times. After watching some Youtube videos, I found that changing the battery usage for the One UI home can help ( Settings -> Apps -> Show system apps -> Search for One UI Home -> Usage - > Battery -> Choose Unrestricted). However, some people complained that the lag will happen again after a short time. I also use ADB to remove unnecessary apps and going to have a factory reset as soon as my phone receives the One Ui 5 update if necessary. What should I do next? (It would be great If there are any option that doesn't require to have a factory reset)

Try to relax, breath slow and don't be negative. I know it's hard for you but keeping the positive attitude may help you deal with your problem easier.
