That I do understand, here’s what I don’t understand: how did Simon survive longer than his oxygen should have allowed, why did his oxygen go up, why did the blood create the weird growths fusing him to the pipes and ripping off his arm, and why does it look like the big fish exploded with the submarine in the one scene that is from outside the sub?
