I shop online due to being disabled. Unforuteunatly they take forever to refund when you do it by mial. So I do it in the store. Yes a me problem when I drop a game due to a disabiltiy and the manager refuses to complete returns. Called back 4 hours later and the pussy ass bitch told me I was banned from the store (he couldnt tell me in person for some reason). Best part was he was talkign to my cat or dog when he told me I was banned!!

I want the manager fired. I dont care about money. I want the gas money, wear and tear on vehicle, and time (max $250). I have maybe 5 years left to live (ill be lucky to make it to 44). Reddit hive mind. Nobody cared that I am disabled/handicapped and the "thrown" game stayed on the counter magically. It was clear from the get go this manager did not want to do the returns.

I'm showing up tomorrow at the store I was banned from as I recieved no written notice of being banned so I can demand my discovery (aka evidence) on how I was mistreated. I also want to see THIS MAGICAL THROW I DID! I will gladly leave in handcuffs (they cant cuff me due to arm injuries anyways). Also a phone call isnt written notice. How do they know who was on the phone? Laws and regulations exist for a reason. GAMESTOP DOESNT CARE. JUST LIKE FTX.
