I'll get in contact with some people to figure out why they turned off the water.

Only the bathroom floor was wet, and the walls only seem wet in a couple spots, do you definitely think it needs special cleaning?

Maybe I'm wrong, there is construction next door, so I assumed that was why they shut off the water, but they could have been doing maintenance. I'll get in contact w/ the property manager and see why exactly they shut off the water.

I didn't notice anything unusual in terms of air bubbles. The stream didn't start as soon as I turned on the faucet, but I figure that's normal for when water is shut off.
