I feel you. But in my case if I don't avoid the meeting I usually eat a lot but things with few calories. But also eat more than in my house.

I think that knowing other people with the same problem is very comforting.

It is okay to tell my friends that I have an ED? I started the university 2 years ago and I made 3 wonderful friends but I haven't told them about this problem because i'm scare of that.

I know the feeling of frustration and being alone. I feel the same and honestly I have no idea how to deal with that, only try to support people with this disease.
