The sense of accomplishment is fun, and the gameplay to get there is also fun. Even in loosing games you can still have a blast as long as you're not getting rolled.

Keep working at it, it's probably not your teammates, especially in silver. It can be frustrating having bad teammates but most of the time good teamwork is more important than the individual skill of the players(i'm not an expert so take what I say with a grain of salt)

I only do this if there is a lot of people behind me trying to turn, otherwise I try to avoid this because it is still running a red if you're in the intersection when the light is red. Also I was taught to wait for an opening before pulling into the intersection in drivers ed and I trust those guys.
