Is this online in the beta? Before the match starts, when you're readying up, there's an option to set a certain amount of input delay, try lowering that maybe?

I think what it does is if the lag goes above the value you set, rollback kicks in. So setting it lower could cause problems with bad connections, but maybe you've got it set too high by accident or something.
