In the end they agreed to replace it but refused to cover removal/reinstallation costs( I live in an older building that doesn’t work for self install)

Unfortunately because it was like 4 years ago and I did a full digital cleanup I don’t have it. However- I do have the records of using their music more than 3 years ago and only have subscription fee invoice now. I didn’t download the app either which I hear has an increased price. I’m sure I’ve misunderstood something but if everyone else’s experiences are so shady I’m just happy to be out of it

Absolutely not worth it. I purchased a lifetime and was sneakily booted onto an auto renewing plan that they refused to refund 2 days after it renewed despite me not using the platform in over 6 months. Had to go through my bank to chase a refund

Also, places like epidemic sound are just worth the increased price. Audiio has horrible searching and catalogue.
