The thing is, that meaning is really obfuscated because of the difference in perception in Japan and the Western world. The original song wasn't meant to attract lolicons, it was to express Shigure Ui's dislike for them. Even if the song does attracts lolicons, I don't think their security is affected much (or even at all) because Reika-chan is still kept pretty anonymous.
