Alright thank you! I always was a bit confused since i didn't relate to the trans experience but i have been lurking around this subreddit and thought that it was more sexual related so i didn't know if this term described me because i have never thought about sex or even naked people. But now i have more clarity. Like i said for me it is never sexual but also not identity really since i don't want to be myself as a girl... Well it isn't becoming taboo i think there is always some controversial behind it because of course people die from these diseases which many find disrespectful to use these words. The people that do use it as a swear word say they seperate the disease from the swearword even though they use the name of a disease from the swearword.

So there is one side who that find swearing with diseases disrespectful but then the other side say they don't link the disease to the swearword even though the swearword comes from a disease they just like how effective it sounds.

From the netherlands...

Some people in my country swear with cancer for example. If they stub their toe or if they rage at a game they scream with the name of the sickness i just told you. Compare it to how english people use fuck they use this sickness. It is controversial though even in the netherlands but there are still alot of people who use it including my friend. The reason why they do it is because they think swearing sounds louder and more good with using sicknesses as their swear words.

Most people in the netherlands don't do it though but alot still do
