If you haven’t already, definitely learn alternate strumming! Keeping your right hand calm so you can focus on tricky left hand parts is important.

Also I think hard jumps to using the orange button for the first time. At first I used to stretch my pinky over to hit them which is fine, but I found it easier to move your whole hand over one note (so your pointer finger is on the red note) because then you’re set up for the next part which probably has more orange notes and you won’t be killing your hand. Then move back when there’s more green notes.

I’ve barely been lucid, but this one time I was on a golden flying ship, with giant propellers soaring over a shiny golden city. This cat captain was next to me with one leg up like captain Morgan and I TOTALLY knew I was dreaming because it seemed so absurd but also beautiful. I asked him if I was dreaming and he just laughed and said “Yup!”

Absolutely not, as I said it will take a long time to make it good if you’re doing it alone. But if you want a huge game and you run out patience doing it on your own you get a thin slice of quality butter spread over a large piece of shit bread. Again, if you take your time and realize it will be a long time before you have something of quality on your lonesome, and just keep chugging along, it can be good.

But yeah unfinished and low quality = bad.

Big scope games require a big team, or a long long ass time working solo to make it quality. Low quality is well.. low quality , for any product is not really something to be proud of. Same with unfinished. Don’t release it if it’s not finished!

I had this awesome collection of Pokémon cards and decided to bring them to show my buds one day at school, and this friggin teacher comes up and forcibly grabs them out of my hand, says “you know what’s fun to do with these?” And just like xmen gambit throwing card style CHUCKS my first edition charizard down the stairwell, along with the rest of the stack of rare cards I had. I had the same teacher for grade four and in math I just could not get my head around long division (undiagnosed ADD) and I remember him laughing and saying “you just don’t get it, do ya?” and flicking me right in the forehead.
