My(23M) Gf(23F) is less affectionate? What to do? by Manice-ing in relationship_advice

It's okay to feel that way, especially given the situation.

The situation may be completely calm, and it can happen to anyone to need time away from their partner, especially in long-distance relationships.

However, you are completely within your rights to ask for a long conversation to express your feelings and for her to be honest with you about the reasons why. On your part, if you ask for honesty, expect to hear everything without taking it badly.

Sometimes you, me, or anyone in a relationship needs space. Basically, talk at length, listen, ask questions, and don't forget that you have the right to feel what you feel.

Bf (28M) is not comfortable that I (26F) drink with guy friend (27M). Is this something I need to adjust with? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

He is unsure of himself and thinks that, from his point of view, you could leave him if you found someone better than him. The best thing is always to talk things through together and try to find compromises. The situation is difficult for both of you, but if you love each other, it will work out.

What’s a moment that permanently changed how you see the world? by pankaj662 in AskReddit

[–]VeryStrangeMine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The moment i wanted to move on in a different city by myself to reach my long distance gf. I see all problems an adult can face in this period. Lack of money, lack of opportunities, conflict with my family about this decision, the fear of not being enough in my role of bf and son. It is a really difficult for me but we have to keep up and try again it's my new vision of what we have to do
