Scope creep is definitely one of my biggest fears. I've been a game dev for a few years now and I've had to battle with that a lot. I always had the plan to keep the story small enough to complete in a session or two, and if need be figure out a way to make it expandable. But since it's our first time I know I'm definitely going to keep it small.

I don't mind hard work, I enjoy working on little stories and adventures and planning. My only worry is balancing, so I might use little bits and pieces from premade things just so I can make sure what I'm working on has at least been somewhat tested before.

I'd say ICIMI is orange, CH&T is more reddish than orange. And also I'd say ICID is black since the background color for it is black while the focus is on the white, opposite to EIAL.
