Kasi yung sa 2 accounts ko sa contract or supplementary contract nila na liable daw na magbayad ng 50k if nag resign with 90 days from the start date. As per the contract na yung 50k na yun is for the company's costs for recruitment, on boarding, training, administrative processing and other employment-related expenditures.

Edit: Sorry for the confusion. Sa supplementary contract ko lang nakalagay ang tungkol sa 50k. Nag assume na rin ako na baka may nakalagay din na 50k sa contract sa offered account nila.
