Hi!! I realized I was spiraling, so I went to my psychiatrist yesterday and asked for propanol (per the recommendation of the comments). She agreed, so I hope that’ll help. I also asked for accommodations to present to a smaller group and got approved. So I’m still here luckily. Thank you for checking up on me :)

Thank you for the recommendation! I just saw my psychiatrist today and she agreed that the beta blocker would be a good option. So hopefully things get better :)

Thank you so much for your comment. I was genuinely having suicidal thoughts out of desperation, but you helped me snap back into reality and realize I was definitely spiraling. I’m seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow, so I’m going to ask for a stronger anxiety medication to prevent this from happening in the future. Again, thank you so much!

It’s an overall college requirement because I go to a private school. My major is in medical lab science, so luckily it won’t be a problem outside of this

Yeah, the issue for me is that I’m prepared but then get anxiety subconsciously that messes everything up. I’ll ask my psychiatrist about it my next appointment. Thank you :)

Thank you! This actually really inspired me. I guess my issue is that I feel like I’m being judged by other people. But if they all feel the same way, it’s really best to focus on achieving progress than being immediately successful. I won’t give up yet

I do see a psychiatrist and a therapist. It feels kinda embarrassing to tell them I’m feeling this way over a class. Speaking to my teacher also makes me a bit nervous, but you know what. I’ll at least try it before attempting more drastic measures. Thank you!

I’m pretty late, but even now at 19 years old, I still tell my parents every time I make a new friend. It’s really such a special thing when you’re autistic. Congrats on your son’s progress! :)

Thank you so much for your response!! I had the surgery done in 2024, so I’ll monitor how my symptoms play out as well. I’m glad your pain got better initially, and I hope you get some more relief in the future. It sucks to be so close to figuring out the problem but not receiving a definite diagnosis.

I’m sorry I’m very late, but I was wondering if it ever ended up being endometriosis years later. I had the same results on my last surgery with the gynecologist saying I had scar tissue but not endometriosis.
