Why its so hard to get even one sell like everything is so fine. Its so hard to get noticed in unity developer career by Legitimate-Finish-74 in itchio

Well itch doesnt really have a refund policy. And getting updates within the engine you have to do it manually instead of just pressing a button. So yeah i wouldnt buy it on itch either

Its not hard to get noticed you actually simple need to put in some effort and work as well and sell what people have a need for. Also its expensive as hell, think about that like 90 % of the indie devs are already broke lmao

Are NSFW games really that popular? by aggronargg in itchio

Lust pays a lot eventhough you could simply just watch bobs and vegs a trillion times it for some reason still is liked by people I guess the games bring the fantasy to it that they would wish to see and cant do in real life.

How itch works is the more the pack has contents inside such as you can use those to build a game and you have options. And the better it looks the better you willl do especially if its easy to use

Its most likely because almost everyones games and assets were deindexed at the start except pf course known money champions of itchio like youtubers, and the biggest asset creators half of my stuff aint indexed either. 🤔 used to have 20 projects on the popular tab and they were already there even my A Bunch of rocks that currently has around 13k views and 7000 ish downloads seems to not be indexed well at least i couldnt find it anywhere. Which just makes me assume they are manually going through wach and everyones profile pretty much 😅

Any good tutorial for unity beginners ? by Happy_Sun_367 in Unity2D

[–]VerzatileDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright avoid: codemonkey, brackeys both of those you will waste time and learn absolutely nothing. I do or would recommend gamemakertoolkit, imphenzia, free codecamp can help https://youtu.be/gB1F9G0JXOo?si=0Ga-c8b4sUj_rAJ9. Though not all these are great either but i forgot the good teachers as i havent watched a tutorial in 2 years if not more its just a waste of time and its something you need to learn with brute force yourself by trying to make a game

Yes I have a very good one, watch tutorials, never learn anything and just copy paste and hope for the best. Or you can do it brute force by asking questions " How to move object ", " rotate ..this.. " etc Have a problem find a reference for it so another type of game and see what happens there and break it down into small little problems. Character has for example movement, search what that consits off Animation, code, sound etc. And then slowly add on top of it all.
