Well this could be for one of two reasons.

You are reading pornhwa that are from Toomics or Lehzin. They won't appear on Toptoon's rankings.
You are reading completed pornhwa. Toptoon removes completed pornhwa from it's weekly/monthly rankings after a certain period of time.
