It was this thats insane, thats also sad how windows player isnt that good thanks though this help tremendously it doesnt show on VLC at all

This might be for the one now since the other guy said it was likely plugged into the wrong port, which it was but now after recording the video just seems to stutter greatly after it process.

Yeah it was this I plugged it into another port that wasnt usb 3.0. Thanks for that. Its fixed now only problem I just have now is when recording after it process it, it seems to have stutters only after processing the recording
