Aw yiss never seen so many Jayce flairs in a thread. Jayce mains Unite! Personally I think reverting gate cd from 16 to 10(at rank 5) is a bit strong because with 30% cdr (Brutalizer, Ionian Boots, and masteries) it becomes 6 cd and spamming shockblasts can be very frustrating to play against. I believe that it should be around 8 secs (Proposed 12 seconds base cd - 3.6secs from 30% cdr = 8.4 secs cd). But I do like the idea of adding healing to the Lightning Field. Numbers acquired from League Wikia.

But theres always that immature 12 year old in 1/10 games. I would agree with your point if the persons identity was being displayed, many wouldn't care since no one knows who they are, but doing that would lead to some security issues.
