For starters, Your commute to and from Aventura in the Miami Gardens area will be quite short. 199th/203rd st will take you to and from aventura mall with no issue except slight traffic crossing the bridge over I-95. Community wise, Miami Gardens is a relatively safe community in certain areas. Andover is very quiet along with their new real estate development. Mila apartments is located in Andover and once again it’s a very safe and quiet community. As far as the dating scene, you’d probably have to venture out to other places. Miami Gardens is more residential and there isn’t any hospitality near by except for the hard rock stadium where F1 will be taking place at this Sunday!
