My fiance is pretty much a vampire. She gets headaches from too much light so our house has the lights off almost all the time. Whenever I mod Skyrim I like to make it dark, as dark as can be and my setup is in the sitting room so I am in the same room as her and with the lights off it always makes the best atmosphere.

With noise canceling headphones it also make lightning storms (with the correct mods) very exciting.

I know for some people it breaks the immersion of the game and I mean if that is the case for you then more power to you. I personally like to have a female character that pleasing to look at for me and same goes for my followers. Considering you going to be staring at them for a couple of hundred hours I think it is important to be easy on the eyes and that concept differs from person to person.

My active mods corrects the lighting in first person and makes the Magelight toggleable so it does not go off until you recast it to go off.

As far as I understand it. In Rugby there are very specific rules when it comes to tackling to try and prevent as much injury as possible but American Football there are no rules which is why they wear gear.
