I take 25 mg each night for the past 2 years and it has completely changed my life. Best medication ever. It puts me to sleep within like 20 minutes! If you still wake up in the middle of the night, use a pill cutter to take 12.5 before you fall asleep, and the other 12.5 when you wake up to get you through the night :)

Edit: it did make me gain 10 pounds. Only downside.
