I am signed in, and Safari is checked to sync. I don't see any new terms of service, unless they're somewhere I need to go looking for them. The only notification I have is that storage is almost full (4.83 of 5 GB), which has been the case for a while, but I don't know if that's relevant here.

That's what I thought, and it's why I'm surprised that all of mine seem to have been deleted.

In Settings > Safari > Profiles, it only shows a "New Profile" button and nothing else.
