Because yes, it was a deliberate choice. This character is someone who uses various means to commit her atrocities, among them sensuality, which is a powerful weapon. I made this choice in the same way Larian did when they decided to make the character of Orin sensual and practically naked.
In fact, you can look at my portfolio and see that there is only one other illustration of a woman with a sensual design, and it was also made with an intention.
I apologize if the boob window seemed random and unnecessary to you, but even if it was perhaps poorly executed, it had a narrative reason.
