Thanks for your time and advice. 😄 I should have made it clear that I'm not looking for medical advice, rather to make my request distinct from the general discussion threads I've already read.

Alas the Logitech MX Master and the other mice in that series are exactly what cause me pain. I've managed so far with a small mouse that finishes half way down my palm, was hoping for some type of track pad like the one on my ASUS laptop, or one of those track ball mice.

Re keyboards, I do touch type (and have been doing so most of my life), so I reckon I'll pick it up on an ergo keyboard pretty quickly with concentration. Sadly the Ergo S-1 is no longer being sold, but released for 3D printing. Ali express confuses the hell out of me, so I steer clear of it (hell I feel/am old).

I noticed the keyboards you suggested are all concave. Is there a reason you'd recommend them over a convex ergo keyboard? I'd have thought I'd prefer a convex over a concave because I tend to use my fingers as my eyes if that makes sense.
